Basic Policy on Corporate Governance

Our objective is to practice responsible corporate management for a broad range of stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, employees, business partners, and society.

We also seek to enhance our corporate governance framework by improving transparency and soundness through appropriate information disclosure, and by establishing an organizational structure capable of responding to changes in the market and business environment.

The Company has submitted a "Corporate Governance Report" to the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
