We are advancing a growth strategy built on three pillars—market expansion, product expansion, and competitive positioning—to support mid- to long-term business expansion and the establishment of a stable revenue base.
From a product strategy perspective, we leverage our core battery and control technologies to diversify our product lineup beyond large stationary storage systems. This includes smaller-capacity products, EV charging–related products, marine-related products, and peripheral equipment, enabling revenue growth across a broader range of applications and customer needs.
With respect to competitive positioning, we continue to pursue cost efficiencies through initiatives such as large-volume procurement of components, while differentiating our offerings as integrated battery storage systems through performance, safety, and advanced control technologies, including software. By balancing cost efficiency with system-level value, we aim to secure sustainable competitive advantages that support scalable revenue expansion.
Through these initiatives, we are positioned to respond to the expansion of the BESS market and the increasing scale of projects, and to steadily progress from a base revenue phase into a revenue expansion phase toward 2030.
