PowerX Updates BESS Production Plan

TOKYO, JAPAN --- PowerX, Inc. (Head Office: Tamano City, Okayama Prefecture; Director, President and CEO: Masahiro Ito; Securities Code: 485A) will manufacture its recently announced high-capacity "Mega Power 4000" series of battery energy storage systems (BESS) at both its headquarters factory and its new factory, "Power Base Hokkaido." To accommodate the new product, partial revisions to the new factory’s building and production plans are required. Taking these revisions and capital efficiency into consideration, PowerX has decided to reschedule the start of operations at Power Base Hokkaido from June 2027 to July 2028.
