Setouchi Triennale 2025: Power Base to Open as an Official Venue in the Uno Port Area

PowerX’s headquarter factory “Power Base” in Tamano City, Okayama Prefecture will be open to the public from October 3 to November 9 as an official Uno Port Area venue for the Setouchi Triennale 2025 autumn session. Staged every three years, the Triennale showcases contemporary art across 17 islands and coastal sites in the Seto Inland Sea.
In addition to the ongoing art installation, "Model of Something," by artist Teppei Kaneuji, guided factory tours will be available during this autumn session.

•Art Installation
Model of Something by Teppei Kaneuji is a layered installation made from transparent materials, hand-drawn with freeform lines, creating a complex and three-dimensional visual experience.
•Factory Tours
Power Base, designed by world-renowned architect Kazuyo Sejima, serves as the core production site of PowerX's ultrafast EV charging system “Hypercharger” and mid-size battery energy storage system “PowerX Cube 360.”Normally not open to the public, this is a rare chance to see our production site up close.

•Pop-Up Café — BOLLARD COFFEE by PowerX
Uno Port’s popular coffee stand will run a limited-time café on site. The café will offer special refreshments in collaboration with the renowned Tokyo-based Japanese restaurant "Aoyagi," located in Azabudai.
