PowerX and Anchor Ship Partners Enter into Comprehensive Business Partnership Agreement

(Head Office: Minato City, Tokyo, Japan; Director, President & CEO: Masahiro Ito, hereafter PowerX) announced today that the company has entered into a comprehensive business partnership agreement with Anchor Ship Partners Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo City, Tokyo, Japan; President: Tetsuro Shinoda, hereafter Anchor Ship Partners). Under this partnership, PowerX and Anchor Ship Partners will leverage Anchor Ship Partners’ financial expertise and its extensive network of regional financial institutions in Japan to develop concrete schemes that enhance the deployment and expansion of PowerX’s storage battery products and services. In addition, the two companies will work together to promote the adoption of renewable energy and the development of electric vehicle charging infrastructure with the aim to realize a sustainable society.
