PowerX Opens Charging Station at 'livedoor URBAN SPORTS PARK'

PowerX Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Masahiro Ito) will open the Tokyo Bay Area’s largest* ultra-fast EV charging station on October 12, 2024. This station is located in the parking lot of livedoor URBAN SPORTS PARK (official name: Ariake Urban Sports Park) in Koto City, Tokyo, developed by Tokyo Sports Wellness Village Inc., led by Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Hitoshi Nomura) under selection by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.

The station features two Hyperchargers, PowerX’s proprietary battery-powered ultrafast EV chargers, offering four charging ports. It provides EV users with exceptional convenience and a superior charging experience.

livedoor URBAN SPORTS PARK spans approximately 3.1 hectares and includes facilities such as a skateboard park, bouldering gym, and 3x3 basketball courts, as well as a running stadium, café, and food mall. EV owners can enjoy a variety of activities during charging, from exercising with their children at the athletic park to relaxing with their pets at the dog run.
