Event Report: PowerX CEO Ito Delivers Keynote at Dell Technologies Seminar

TOKYO, JAPAN --- PowerX, Inc. (Head Office: Tamano City, Okayama Prefecture; Director, President and CEO: Masahiro Ito; Securities Code: 485A) announced that President and CEO Masahiro Ito delivered a keynote address today at the "Next-Generation Infrastructure & Liquid Cooling Solutions Seminar for Enterprise AI," hosted by Dell Technologies Japan Inc.

In his presentation titled "Realizing Watt × Bit: Unlocking the Future of Data Centers with Battery Storage," Ito outlined the company's vision for "Watt × Bit"—the convergence of power and information technology—drawing on expertise gained through the development of grid-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS). He also introduced PowerX's scalable modular data center "Mega Power DC" and a new data center business model built around integrated battery storage.

Additionally, Ito presented a sample rack configuration for the Mega Power DC featuring Dell Technologies' integrated rack solutions, and explained that PowerX plans to offer optimized rack configurations tailored to specific GPU and cooling requirements.
